You must be 18+ to get a tattoo. We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent, as it is illegal. You may be asked to show a valid form of photographic ID such as a passport or driving license. If you attend your appointment and are not able to show ID if asked, we will be unable to tattoo you and you will lose your booking fee.
All tattoo bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE booking fee. Until the booking fee has been paid, the date offered is not secured to your name. Unfortunately we will not hold dates, except at the discretion of the individual artists and only in exceptional circumstances.
Your booking fee secures your name to the date agreed and cannot be transferred to a different date or a different artist. It is also not possible to transfer the booking fee to your friends or family. Booking fees are non refundable.
The amount payable for the booking fee will vary depending on the overall price of the session or tattoo and it will always be taken off the total on the day of your appointment. It is not an additional fee.
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. The more notice we have the more likely we are to be able to fill the date.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice or no show to your appointment, we will require payment in full for your next session before we will re book you into a new date. If you have more dates already booked, we will require the next session to be paid in full in advance or all dates will be cancelled.
Usually your design will not be finalised until the day of your appointment. It is far easier for us to design and make any changes while face to face with you. This time is included in the price of our appointments.
Please be aware that we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 in the studios and we do not have an area for anyone under the age of 18 to wait. Please do not bring babies or children to your appointment, as you will be turned away and you will lose your booking fee.
