On The Day of Your Tattoo

  • Please arrive on time.  Sometimes we have multiple clients in a day and we have to manage our time very closely.
  • Please bring a form of photographic ID.  We can accept passports, driving licenses and provisional driving licenses.  We cannot accept birth certificates or any other form of ID that does not have your full name, date of birth and a photo.  If we ask to see your ID and you don't have it we will unfortunately not be able to tattoo you and you will lose your booking fee.
  • Please attend alone.  We implemented this policy at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic but it is something that we have chosen to stick with as it makes the studio space a lot more comfortable for everyone.
  • Please be aware that we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 in the studios and we do not have anywhere for anyone under the age of 18 to wait.  Please do not bring babies or children to your appointment as you will be turned away and you will lose your booking fee.
  • If you have any special needs and need someone to come with you please message us as this will always be accommodated.
  • Eat a decent meal before you come and bring any food/drinks with you that you may want during the day.  We provide tea, coffee & water. Food & drinks must only be consumed in the kitchen area provided.
  • Please do not apply any form of numbing cream without asking your artist first.  Some artists do not like to work on skin that has numbing cream on as it puts a film over the skin which can be difficult to work with.
  • If you are able, it is very helpful if you shave the area the day before your appointment and apply a light moisturiser.
  • If your tattoo is to be applied to an area that typically has dry or hard skin, please apply moisturiser to the area every day for 7 days before your appointment.
  • When you arrive at the studio, you will find the main door locked.  Please message your artist to let them know you are outside.  You can also find all of our contact details on the main door, should you need them.
